In 1996, my journey brought me to Bend, Oregon—a decision sparked by the desire for a new chapter away from my California roots. Nestled in the Sierra Nevada mountains, my small-town upbringing and subsequent venture into the family business in the Bay Area laid the foundation for my love of community and the great outdoors. It was here that I met my wife, Kari, and together, we sought a place that felt like home. Bend, with its natural charm, became that place.
Launching a construction company here, I quickly became intertwined with Central Oregon’s building scene, gaining invaluable insights and forming lasting connections. By 2007, a new calling led me to the real estate sector, a shift fueled by a passion for investment and a desire to guide others in finding their place in this remarkable region.
The years have been kind, allowing me to witness and contribute to Bend’s growth while raising four children who’ve also chosen to call this place home. Alongside Kari, I’ve delved into Bend’s vibrant food scene, and we’ve embraced the outdoor lifestyle that first drew us here, from biking and kayaking to tranquil river walks.
Now, with years of local experience and a deep-seated connection to this community, I am more than a real estate broker—I am a guide, eager to share the beauty of Central Oregon and help others discover their dream home here.

Show more I am grateful to have been introduced to Paul by a friend that moved to Bend a few years ago and. I recently decided to relocate from the Bay Area (CA) to Bend. Paul helped me understand the Bend real estate market and found me exactly what I was looking for! He is knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely cares about his clients. He checked in frequently to ensure I was doing well and to see if I had any questions throughout the process.

Show more We can't say enough about how Paul worked with and for us. Putting our house up for sale in the middle of winter with high interest rates was going to be challenge. We were also in a bit of a time crunch but Paul took it on. He did an open house at least every week; 12 of them total! He was quick at getting back to us about each one and with replies to our questions. We were getting a little anxious as a lot of sellers are, but the new owners walked into the last open house at the last 15 minutes and he spent an hour and a half with them showing the house; their agent never was in the home. He navigated the inspection and the repairs, obviously to their satisfaction because we ended up with a sale. Thank you Paul, we know you will make many more buyers/sellers as happy as we are.

Show more We met Paul at an open house around 10 years ago and immediately liked how he conducted business. Honest, insightful and a great sense of humor. We ended up using him to sell our first home in Bend 8 years ago and couldn’t have been happier or more impressed with how hard he worked to sell that home. He ended up hosting over a dozen open houses and really worked hard to make it happen. After that experience, we’ve used Paul exclusively as our buying and selling agent for our second home which we recently sold. During all 3 real estate transactions Paul was a super dependable, trustworthy, and honest realtor who were happy to say has also become a friend. For our last sale we did it remotely. We left the key with Paul and we took off for a month to look for a new home in AZ .. and our home was sold before we got home. Each transaction had its stress points and it was during those that Paul’s talents really payed off. Especially working through the issues that inevitably come up during the house inspection process. Paul really keeps it cool and ‘works the problem’ so both buyers and sellers are happy in the end. Also have to mention that Paul has been working with the best admin assistant Debbie L. which you end up working with during the stressful closing process. We’ve never met her in person but she is 100% dependable and responsive as stuff comes up during the close.

Show more Paul is a wonderful real estate agent and an overall great person. We have been thinking about moving to Bend for over 2 years and were introduced to Paul by friends who had utilized him for their house purchase a few years ago. Paul is very knowledgeable about the area and neighborhoods, he was extremely patient with us as we made our decision, showing us around and giving us advice as to where the kind of house we were looking for could be found. Eventually we found what we were looking for and Paul worked hard to get us a great price, help us find a mortgage broker and generally organize everything while we were back on the east coast. He continues to check in on us as we prepare to move. Paul thanks for everything you've done.

He was always available when I needed him. Most importantly, Paul advocated for me. It was clear on multiple occasions that he knows this business very well. We chose him to represent us after contacting a couple of other realtors which didn’t quite mesh with us or weren’t as responsive as was Paul. Throughout the entire home selling process he stood out by communicating very promptly and by always providing us thorough and clear information. We found Paul to be very reliable, sincere and trustworthy in all his interactions with us.
